These terms govern your use of Threads Engine, operated by Marcus Cole ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Threads Engine helps you generate, schedule, and manage content on Threads (Meta's platform). Some features depend on Meta's Threads API and its availability, access tier, and policies — we're not responsible for changes Meta makes to their platform or API that affect functionality here.
Threads Engine is currently sold outside this site. Purchase price, payment method, and any refund handling are as stated wherever you bought access. Once a purchase is confirmed, we activate your account manually — this may not be instant.
Cancellation rights.Threads Engine is a digital service. Under the UK Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content or services. By confirming, at the point your access is activated, that you want immediate access, you agree to waive this right — meaning once you've started using the service, you can no longer cancel for a refund on that basis alone. We'll only activate your account after you've explicitly confirmed this.
We can suspend or revoke access if these terms are broken, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or for misuse of the service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know if you think your account has been compromised.
You agree not to use Threads Engine to:
You own the content you generate and publish through Threads Engine. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the service (for example, sending your inputs to Anthropic for generation, or to Meta for publishing).
We provide Threads Engine on an "as is" basis, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost content) arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
